🔹 भूमिका का उद्देश्य (Role Purpose)
कंपनी के food production unit और office premises के पूरे facility operations को संभालना, जिसमें hygiene, safety, housekeeping, security, maintenance, pest control और statutory compliance सुनिश्चित करना शामिल है। आपका काम यह देखना होगा कि production environment बिल्कुल clean, safe और compliant रहे ताकि operations बिना रुके smoothly चलें।
🔹 Production Area Responsibilities
• Production unit में housekeeping, security, sanitation, and maintenance की पूरी निगरानी
• Hygiene standards को FSSAI, HACCP, GMP के अनुसार सख्ती से लागू करवाना
• Vendor management: Pest control, deep cleaning, fumigation और emergency services का coordination
• Daily inspections और audits करके safety, maintenance और hygiene gaps को ठीक करवाना
• Facility budgets, consumables, manpower planning को manage करना
• Production और Quality टीम के साथ close coordination ताकि processes बिना रुकावट चलें
• Statutory records, safety logs और compliance documentation maintain करना
• Energy-saving और cost-optimisation measures लागू करना
🔹 Office Area Responsibilities
• Office housekeeping, pantry, front-desk और security operations को manage करना
• Meeting rooms, workstations, washrooms और common areas की regular cleaning schedule देखना
• Lighting, AC, furniture, utilities और office infrastructure का repair & maintenance संभालना
• Admin support services: courier, stationery, printing, visitor management
• Pantry hygiene और refreshments availability ensure करना
• IT/Admin teams के साथ coordination: Desk setups, movement, events support
• Staff की grooming, discipline और behaviour standards maintain करवाना
🔹 Safety, Hygiene & Training Responsibilities
• सभी टीमों द्वारा safety protocols और PPE का सही उपयोग सुनिश्चित करवाना
• Fire safety, hygiene, emergency evacuation और first aid की नियमित training कराना
• Fire extinguishers, emergency exits और signage की regular checking
• EHS टीम के साथ मिलकर overall safety culture को मजबूत बनाना
🔹 Required Qualifications
• Graduate (Facility Management, Engineering या संबंधित field preferred)
• Fire Safety, Industrial Safety, Facility Management जैसी certifications advantage होंगी
🔹 Skills & Competencies Needed
• Strong team leadership और manpower handling skills
• GMP, HACCP, FSSAI norms का knowledge
• Vendor negotiation और contract management
• Preventive maintenance और audit readiness की understanding
• Budget planning और cost control
• CAFM / CMMS जैसे facility management systems का basic knowledge
• Good communication और reporting ability
🔹 Experience Required
• 3–5 साल का experience facility management में, खासकर food production या hygiene-critical industries में
• Multidisciplinary teams और external vendors को handle करने का अनुभव
• Fast-paced और compliance-driven environment में काम करने का अनुभव
