Key Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse team and supervise daily operations.
- Handle import/export and local vendor documentation.
- Clear damaged cases and coordinate with PMC, vendors, CHA, Customs, Production, and KT teams.
- Track urgent shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare SOPs, PFEP, SW, DWM data, and Lean-related reports.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports.
- Conduct weekly/monthly review meetings.
- Ensure health, safety, and security standards are followed.
- Resolve material transaction issues permanently.
- Maintain inventory, organize storage areas, and ensure smooth dispatch.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Hands-on experience with ERP & WMS (MES & TMS preferred).
- Strong knowledge of store, receiving, and dispatch processes.
- Proficient in Inventory Management and MS Office.
- Experience in making and executing SOPs.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and DWM.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good command over English is mandatory.
